We are aware of an issue where time-based items (Lucky Eggs, Incense, Lure Modules) do not last for their full duration. This issue occurs when the device time and date are not accurate.
To resolve this issue, make sure that your device's time and date is set to update automatically. You can update your system time using your device’s Settings app.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Under Settings > General > Date & Time, turn on the Set Automatically option.
- Visit the Settings app.
- Under Date & Time, turn on the Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone settings.
